By accessing and using PixelGrid's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
PixelGrid provides AI engineering, ecommerce development, mobile app development, website development, web application development, and related software services. Our services include but are not limited to:
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on work completed.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all work products created by PixelGrid remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, applicable rights transfer to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
PixelGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
